Software Engineering Professional Accelerator

Software Engineering
Professional Accelerator

A unique talent accelerator for high potential self driven

developers who are starting out in their career

Tertiary education does not prepare developers for their future careers. You need industry-ready skills and the opportunity to practice them in the real world.

Here is what the Industry has to say

“Hiring managers are used to there being gaps in the practical software development skill set of entry-level engineers. A graduate of a practical program like Jenga School’s STAP will have fast-tracked the learning that would usually only get in their first year on the job, and will stand out in the job market as a result.”

Sitati Kituyi,
Tech Entrepreneur (Former CTO, Pula)

“The first 6-9 months on the job is the steepest point on the learning curve for a developer. This is when you find out about all the complementary tooling and soft skills that are as important as the programming skills you learned. STAP puts a heavy emphasis on these skills through hands-on learning, and this experience will be a huge advantage in the interview process when looking for your first full-time engineering role.”

Charles Kithika,
Senior PM Manager at Microsoft | Product Management Evangelist
